How to Use

  1. Set your focus length (default 25 minutes) and break length (default 5 minutes).
  2. Click Start — work without interruption until the timer ends.
  3. When the break starts, actually step away from the screen for a moment.
  4. Repeat. Every 4th session, consider taking a longer break (15–20 minutes).

Why Timed Intervals Work

Working in fixed, timed bursts makes a task feel more finite and less overwhelming than an open-ended "work until done" approach, and it builds in regular breaks before mental fatigue sets in. This runs entirely in your browser tab — keep the tab open and the timer will keep counting even if you switch to another window.
